...my achy breaky body, I just don't think he understands. He doesn't understand why you can't do anything all winter and expect to be able to be in tip top physical shape when you want to be. So what if I haven't gone running for years. Why would it hurt to run one mile one week and three the next? Why would my lungs burn and my legs feel like they weigh 100 lbs each? So what if I haven't thrown a softball or swung a bat since October of last year. Should I really be limping around two days later and be wincing in pain when I sneeze? Really? Am I that pathetic? (you don't have to answer that one!) Are all of you as good at accomplishing goals for physical fitness as I am? I've been telling myself for the last two years that I would run more, lift weights, and/or do sit-ups and push-ups. Yet, I'm tired from work, yes a non-physical desk job(just ask Tisha, mental exertion tires the body. The brain uses 20% of your body's energy! She'll tell you all about it!), and I get lazy at night. I can't totally complain because my physique is still as sexy as every, but I'm tired of 'feeling it' after a one hour slow pitch softball game. Somebody motivate me! My mind tells me I can do things as if I'm standing to the left, but I feel like I'm standing to the right!

Aw Darren...I feel your pain. I've decided that I'm just getting old.
Darren, where's a photo of you in your Speedo? I don't think you've changed on the outside in 10 years, but the way a body feels once you're in your 30's . . . welcome to pain management! You don't even have children yet, ha ha. Then the damage they inflict, mentally and physically, will prematurely age you. So, start exercising now. Just DO IT! :)
well you're 29 now! what did you expect? you're getting old dude! (OK, OK, i'm older but i'm just trying to make myself feel better!) and that governator picture is straight up NASTY!
