There's Been a Tisha Siting!!!

Yes, Tisha is still alive and decided to grace me with her presence for a couple of days before leaving me once again. She spent the last week in NYC & DC with the 8th graders from her school. I'll let her fill you in with the details later. She was wiped out and was happy to be home. She even said she missed me. She will head out to girl's camp early Tuesday morning and won't be back until Saturday. I didn't realize she needed such a long break from me!
Anyway, we dog-sat this weekend for some friends. The dog is actually Turk's sister, same parents, different litter. Besides being a little heavier than Turk, you have to do a double take to know what dog you're looking at. Over all they act very similar and unfortunately that means they bark the same. Still it was fun having her around.
While Tisha has been out playing, I've been slaving around the house doing yard work and inside work as well. I scraped the popcorn finish off our hallway and living room ceilings getting ready for them to be re-finished this next week. They already look better. I can't believe how common that 'popcorn' finish was. It's dirty and ugly, so, original inventer of that stuff, you're stupid! O.k. That's the update for now.
