I wish that I had Susan Whang to narrate this blog...If you know what I am talking about, two points for you!
House hunting is just about the worst thing ever. Do we buy a crappier house for LOCATION, Location, location? Or do we buy a nicer house 15 minutes away...in an ok location? I just don't know. Darren thinks the latter...but I am thinking for resale- we go with the first thought. Here are pictures of the two houses competing in my mind right now. They both have the same amount of property, same b/b size and same price (almost). I just don't know what to do!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This one is on Banner, which is in our ward, and one of the most expensive roads in the county...
This one is in Alta Sierra, down the road a bit in a neighborhood type area. DUH-that this one is nicer--but--the location is not as good..

D: tough choice, my pick is the 2nd one over the log cabin though, it may be better location but when you wake up with racoons and squirrels in bed with you then you might wish you were in the nicer house! haha! I'm just kidding! "Just follow heart, that's what I do"
Hmmm...since I'm such a pro at house hunting at all, oh wait, I know absolutely nothing about it except that I hope someday we'll be doing it...in any case, um the second house is really pretty, but I'm sure you'll love where ever you choose! Sorry for the I'm-no-help-at-all scenario! It is really exciting though!
Who the freak is Susan Whang?? Anyways, I think another thing you may want to think about it interior remodeling... Which one has more potential on the inside? Which house has the sweetest spirit?
