SO much to say...

Well. Life has been very exciting lately!!

First, I am so happy to say that my brother Mike was baptized. We were very proud of him and his decision. He is now officially a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Tawny and I spoke on baptism and the Holy Ghost, and Darren baptized him. All of our immediate family was there, and it was really nice to see the support from Mikey's friends. He has a class full of girls in seminary, and they all adore him, so it was really cute to see there interaction. It was very spiritual and sweet.

Last weekend I spent four days with three other teachers in LAS VEGAS. We had such a great time. I cannot even believe how much fun we had. It was freezing and snowy at times but we walked and shopped as much as possible. We were able to see the Phantom of the Opera there and it was SO GOOD! I had chills a few times because it was so great. The actors were incredible and the stage itself was breathtaking. It was great. We also spent some time "out on the town." One of the nights we didn't get back to our hotel until 4:15 a.m, just to get up 2 hours later to make it to our first teaching workshop. You really have no idea what time it is there! It was probably the best trip to Vegas I have ever taken.

This week I was confirmed a Master in education. It was really awesome actually. Tuesday I went in to speak to the head honcho of our County and he told me that I should publish my work! He said that it was the best thesis that he had read. I was really honored and so grateful to be done. It was a good experience overall and I ended it off on a great note. I concluded with a 4.0 GPA and no need to defend my thesis because he said it was perfect as it was. YIPEEE!
