Blogging Hiatus

I apologize for the "long-time-no-blog" situation. We have been so busy lately with all that is going on. I recently had an observation by my school principal that went EXTREMELY well, but took up a lot of time and stress! I was in Napa last weekend for a conference on teaching, Darren has been working feverishly on the house, and in the mean time we are trying to get our Christmas shopping done. It has been very difficult this year to squeeze in the time to shop. We actually havn't even stepped foot into a store or mall yet. Infact, not even Costco has sucked us in.

I have also been writing like a mad man. I am trying to get my Thesis done before we fly to Utah next Saturday. YEAH, That is NOT going to happen. Darn. I defend it with the Superintendent of the entire COUNTY, on January 16th. It has to be done a week before for Submission. I am a little freaked out about the whole thing. He told me to be worried. What a thing to say!

Darren has been so busy at work, he isn't even sure how he feels about it anymore. Ever since he got a promotion, he has really been stressed out and OVERWORKED. I hate to see him so exhausted when he comes home, just to put on his work clothes and build us a house. He is amazing! I can't thank him enough for all that he is doing.

We have been so busy infact, that we werent able to attend Whitney and Aaron's sealing. We were sad that we couldn't make it at such a crazy time, and even contimplated driving after work on Friday night and coming home on Sunday--but it didn't work out. We are happy that after a little over a year since they were married, that they got sealed in the Bountiful Temple. Congrats to them.


Anyway, we hope that over the holiday's that we can detox from our crazy life and get to see many of you who live far. We love you all and miss you so much!
